Established in 2013, PEI is a is a flagship CSR initiative focused on advancing technical and vocational education in Indonesia that provides diploma 3 level education for Electrical Technology, diploma 4 for Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics Engineering, and Software Engineering Technology. Apart from being a vocational school that has cooperation with national and international manufacturers, PEI also provides affordable school fees, complete facilities which support education.
Our commitment to education shines through Rama Global School (RGS) in Purwakarta. Set on a modern, green campus, RGS provides a holistic learning environment for students in Grades I to VIII. By utilizing the world-renowned Cambridge International Curriculum, we ensure our students receive a globally recognized education that unlocks their full potential and paves the way for success in higher education and future careers.
We are deeply committed to fostering growth and stability in the regions where we operate. Our community development initiatives focused on providing essential resources to those in need and supporting local infrastructure.
Key contributions included the donation of essential food items, providing building materials to local agencies and authorities to assist in regional development. From renovating religious sites and supporting orphanages to improving village infrastructure through road repairs and electric lighting, we work hand-in-hand with local bodies and NGOs. By prioritizing these vital needs, we aim to build a more resilient and empowered community for everyone.
The Company continues to advance its sustainability agenda through strong energy management practices, supported by its ISO 50001 certification and regular energy audits to drive efficiency improvements across operations. As part of its renewable energy transition, rooftop solar panels were installed across two facilities in Campaka & Jatiluhur Purwakarta. This initiatives generate approximately 17 MWh of green power annually, reducing environmental impact while enhancing energy resilience. The Company remains focused on expanding solar installations and scaling renewable energy adoption across its manufacturing facilities.
The Company is committed to improving healthcare access and promoting well-being across its workforce and surrounding communities. This commitment was reflected through regular blood donation drives in Purwakarta conducted in collaboration with local authorities and medical institutions, helping address critical shortages in local hospitals.
Beyond these initiatives, the Company continues to support broader healthcare efforts, including access to basic medical services, health awareness programs, and workplace wellness initiatives. Through partnerships and internal programs, the Company promotes preventive care, encourages healthy lifestyles, and fosters a culture of well-being among employees and local communities.
